Metroplex Pro contacted us through Thumbtack (at my request) and I’m so glad they did! We were paired with Avi and Amit and. From the first consultation, Avi was informative and clearly an expert in his field. He was able to explain the process and options clearly and got the crew in and out without issue. Very happy with the result and even decided to expand the scope of the initial project! They have earned a long time customer 100%.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Metroplex Pro Builders to convert half our garage into a new bedroom for my daughter, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! John and his team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detail from start to finish. From the initial consultation, it was clear that John Lancar, owner of Metroplex Pro Builders values his customers. While discussing our needs and ideas, he listened carefully, offering insightful suggestions that shaped the final design. I found him very reassuring and knowledgeable as I took this huge (and scary!) step to remodel our home. Once construction began, the crew worked diligently and efficiently, completing the project on time and within budget. They maintained a clean and organized worksite, minimizing disruption to our daily routine. The quality of their work is evident in every detail of the new bedroom. The walls are perfectly finished, the flooring is flawlessly installed, and the overall aesthetic exceeds our expectations. My daughter’s new bedroom is now a beautiful, comfortable space that has truly enhanced our home. I wholeheartedly recommend Metroplex Pro Builders to anyone considering a home renovation or construction project. Their expertise, dedication, and passion for their work are second to none.

Jon P. Lancar provided excellent service in renovating three tired bathrooms, each with their own unique challenges of a 1980's build. Crews were friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working. Communication with Jon and project lead Elvis was excellent. Finished project is beautiful.

Worked with Tal through the design, HOA approval, city permitting, and construction processes for a beautiful new covered patio in our backyard. It was nice having a single point of contact throughout the whole process. Tal was extremely responsive to every question and concern we had along the way, and he made himself available in-person when needed. To my wife and I, this patio was a BIG project. I know Tal probably builds a bunch of these patios and it isn’t a big deal, but he went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable at every step of the process. Thank you!

The crew doing our tile work replacement was incredibly tidy. They contained all the messy dust while removing the old floor and laid the new tiles absolutely perfectly.

Their building construction crew safety protocols are top-notch. They kept the commercial job site totally secure and organized from day one to the final walkthrough.

We had a great experience with Metroplex lead by Ruth and her design/construction team. They were very thorough and creative in the design/pricing/contract stage- understanding our objectives and requirements. The project ,a complete "down to the studs" large bathroom remodel, was executed successfully and consistent with the plan. As with most any construction project, things happen that need to be handled with patience and well reasoned , collaborative judgement. Our result was an outstanding remodel that we are ecstatic about. We highly recommend them.

We had them build a pergola over our hot tub area. It provides great privacy and looks fancy. The wood is stained beautifully. The structure is heavy-duty and anchored well. It turned a plain concrete slab into a real relaxation destination in our backyard.

Metroplex did an amazing job! I feel like we have a brand new house. We had our master bath, guest bath, all of the trim and walls redone. We also had new flooring installed and several custom bookcases. We could not be happier with the results.

Metroplex handled our cool‐paint roof coating. Can already feel the attic stays noticeably cooler during afternoons. The team was on time and didn’t mess with any of our garden stuff. Practical, efficient, done right.
